Bupa 10K

The Bupa 10km took place in Manchester on the 15th of May and I was lucky that the 1km and 9.5km posts were just outside our flat. It did mean we got woken up at 7am by the outdoor broadcast people doing their sound checks, but was a great opportunity to get down and take some photos of the runner, both fresh faced at the start of the race and those flagging towards the end.
